You can navigate the majority of our site without giving us any personal information about yourself. Sometimes, however, we need additional information about you in order to provide the information or services you are requesting.

The information we collect on our websites

For example, qualified patients or physicians may enter identifying information that allows them to access their Knowledge Clinic educational benefits, subscription services, or electronic products. The way we use information
